摘  要:污泥干化芦苇床是人工湿地和传统污泥干化床的结合,是一种新型的污泥处理技术。将湿地植物芦苇种植于人工湿地的填料层中,周期性地将污泥布向芦苇床表面,污泥中的水分经填料层以及后形成的污泥层渗透后,通过集水管排出;污泥中的固体物质被截留在床体表面,通过植物的蒸发蒸腾作用和水面蒸发作用进一步脱水和稳定。通过合理的设计和运行,其使用周期可达8~10年,其后可清空稳定化污泥并进入下一个使用周期。经芦苇床稳定之后,污泥的脱水效果明显,含固率可达到20%-65.7%,综合性能优于离心脱水和压滤脱水;污泥中有机质和营养成分氮磷等指标受污泥来源、运行方式和运行时间的影响,去除效率差异较大。污泥经稳定后,有机质去除率最高可达66.8%,氮去除从负去除到最高去除65.5%,磷去除从负去除到最高去除81%。经芦苇床稳定后,污泥中的有机有害物质多环芳烃可被有效去除,其去除率高出传统污泥干化床29.86%。在对相关文献的主要结果进行总结的基础上,提出了下一步研究和发展的方向。Sludge drying reed bed is a combination of constructed wetland and conventional sludge drying bed, and forms a kind of new sludge treatment technology. Wetland plant: reed is planted in the packing layer and the sewage sludge is loaded on the surface of reed bed, the water from the sludge flows through sludge layer and packing layer, and enters into the collection pipe, and finally is discharged to the next unit. The solids in the sludge are retained on the surface of the bed, and dewatered and stabilized further through evaporation and plant evapo-transpiration. The operating cycles of the reed bed can be up to eight to ten years under the conditions of reasonable design and operation, and then enters into the next cycle after the stabilized sludge is emptied. Sludge stabilized by reed bed shows obvious dewatering effect, total solid content in the sludge ranges from 20% to 65.7% , synthetic performance is better than centrifuge dewatering and filter- press dewatering. Raw sludge source, reed bed operation mode and time affect the removals of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus, thus the differences of the removals are relatively bigger. The maximum organic matter removal in stabilized sludge is up to 66.8% , while nitrogen removals from negative value to 65.5% and phosphate removals from negative value to 81%. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in raw sludge can be removed effectively with reed bed, average PAHs removal in the reed bed can get 29.86% higher than that in the conventional sludge drying bed. Based on the summary of the main results reported in the literatures, the direction of following research and development of this technology is presented.
