摘  要:通过自主设计研制基于DPD法的在线式余氯分析仪,用国标法与在线式余氯分析仪进行对比实验,采取t检验法对比对数据进行分析,结果表明:两种方法之间无显著差异,所研制仪器具有很好的测量精度和准度。温度对余氯监测结果有较大影响,温度在4℃条件下,监测的余氯浓度比10℃和20℃时的余氯浓度要低。pH值对余氯测量有影响,但由于所研制仪器采取了缓冲溶液进行控制,控制之后水样在不同pH值条件下测量结果不受影响。Online residual chlorine analyzer based on DPD method was developed through independent design. Comparison experiment was carried out with national standard method and online residual chlorine analyzer, and t-test method was applied to analyze the results. The results show that there is no significant difference between two methods, indicating good precision and accuracy of online residual chlorine analyzer. The measured value of residual chlorine is affected greatly by temprerature. The measured concentration of resisual chlorine at 4 ℃ is lower than that at 10℃ and 20℃. The measured value of residual chlorine is affected by pH, while buffer solution is used to control pH value. So the measured value of residual chlorine is not affected with pH changing of sample.
