摘 要:利用煤系高岭土生产精密铸造砂和不定型耐火材料的物相结构一般为莫来石和方英石“双晶相”产品 ,这种材料仅可用于普通精密铸造和作为常规的不定型耐火材料 ,对于尖端行业和高技术行业 ,这种材料还远远达不到要求 ,作者在对煤系高岭土矿石物理化学性质进行深入研究的基础上 ,开发出一种新型精密铸造砂和不定型耐火材料 ,使产品的物相组成仅由单一晶相莫来石和非晶相玻璃组成 ,即“单晶相莫来石”产品。生产试验和物理化学性能测试结果证实 ,这种新材料的各种物理化学性能均优于普通精密铸造砂和不定型耐火材料 ,可以用于高技术产品的薄壁件铸造 ,在航天航空、兵器工业、机械制造行业有着广泛的用途。The crystal structure of grit for precise casting and amorphous refractory material is usually the bicrystal phase product of mullite and critobalite when kaolin in coal measure is used as the raw material.This product can be utilized for ordinary precise casting or as a conventional amorphous refractory material,but cannot meet the requirement for advanced area and high tech application.Based on further understanding of its physical and chemical characteristics,a new material that can be used for precise casting and amorphous refractory mater ial has been developed.This new material is composed of homogeneous crystal mullite and non crystal glass and therefore can be called as homogeneous crystal mullite. The result of trial production and physical chemistry test shows that all physical chemistry performances of this new material are better than of the old one. It can be used for featheredge casting for high technical products, and has wide application possibility in the areas such as space aviation,arms industry,and mechanical manufacturing industry.
