摘　　要：创业教育是一种典型的以能力为本位的实践活动,创业精神培养则是营造创业文化环境的养成教育。华中科技大学"种子班"通过借助Dian团队的品牌与资源优势,采取了在文化仪式中锻造追求卓越精神、在项目实践中培养互助合作意识以及在团队生活中提升管理领导能力的方式,重点培养个体在创业精神上应具备的性格特征和职业意识,取得了积极效果。The entrepreneurship education has undergone a shift from outside-system to inside-system devel-opment. Because of the understanding deviation to entrepreneurship education, the cultivation of en-trepreneurship tends to be a stereotypical integration of teaching and practice. Entrepreneurship edu-cation is a typical competency-based activity. Enterprising spirit is not ＂taught＂ by educators, but ＂absorbed＂ in the entrepreneurial culture. In this sense, entrepreneurship education is about creating an entrepreneurial culture environment. The ＂seed class＂ of Huazhong University of Science and Technology takes advantage of Dian Team＇s brand and resources and adopts the way of pursuing excel-lence in entrepreneurship culture, cultivating team spirit in practice and enhancing leadership through group work. It focuses on the essential character traits and professional consciousness in entrepre- neurship and has achieved positive effect and enlightening significance.
