清前期山西泽州牙行的不同发展趋势及其影响

摘　　要：山西泽州牙行在清前期以阳城县和凤台县(现泽州县)大东沟镇为代表出现了两种不同的发展趋势,前者以"牙佣归公"为特点,在一定程度上抑制了牙行正常职能的发挥,也阻碍了牙行的发展;后者在牙行与制铁行业组织的的斗争中通过订立合同来相互制约,从而规范了牙行的行为,实现了牙行职能的发展和完善。During the earlier period of Qing dynasty,there were two representatives of different development tendencies,one existed in Yangcheng county and the other existed in Dadonggou town in Fengtai county(now Zezhou county).The former characterized by 'the commission of intermediarybusiness incorporated in the official business',restrained the normal function exertion of intermediary business and hindered its development.Latter,the intermediary business and organization of iron manufacturing make contract to mutual supervision in struggle and improving the function of intermediary business.
