地方高校本科专业设置自主权改革初探

摘　　要：高校自主设置本科专业进一步扩大了高校的办学自主权,这对于开设新专业诉求较多的地方高校来说,可以根据国家政策和学校定位不断调整、优化学校的专业设置,促进学校在适度扩大规模的同时提高办学水平,彰显办学特色。一方面,教育行政部门要加强监督管理与信息公开;另一方面,地方高校要理性思考、规划学校的专业设置,对现有专业进行分析整理,对新办专业进行充分论证,并着力加强专业建设与管理,走内涵发展的道路。The autonomy in establishing of specialities allows colleges more freedom. Colleges that need to open new specialities can keep adjusting and optimizing their specialities according to the state policies and their own orientations. Such autonomy will enable colleges to provide better education and develop their strengths. The government needs to strengthen their supervision and improve publication of information, and the colleges have to be rational in opening specialities. They shall trim the existing specialities and conduct feasibility studies for the new ones. Meanwhile, they shall assume full responsibility in making use of their autonomy, strengthen the management of specialities and upgrade their qualities.
