集成型理念:建设现代大学科研管理制度文化的核心取向

摘　　要：集成型理念是大学科研管理中具有复合性内涵特征的概念范畴,包括行政型、服务型和学术型三种理念形态。随着当代大学科研管理的内涵发展与职能深化,集成型理念作为根本性的理念形态,已成为构建大学科研管理体制机制的思想基础。从集成型理念出发,针对当代大学科研管理制度文化建设的现状与问题,阐释了集成型理念的基础价值,及其在当代大学科研管理制度文化建设中所具有的地位和作用。The integrated Idea is a comprehensive concept in research management in universities, extending to the administrative, service and academic aspects. With the reforms deepening and progressing in the university research management, the integrated idea has come into being and is now the basis of university research management mechanisms. Adopting the perspective of integrated idea and taking in view the present situation and problems in university research management and cultural construction, this paper expounds the basic values of the integrated idea and the important role it plays in university research management and cultural construction.
