摘  要:心理疏导是新时期高校德育的重要方法之一。之所以强调高校德育中心理疏导的角色、地位和价值,既因为心理教育或心理疏导是高校德育的题中之义,又因为在当前高校师生心理问题凸显的情况下心理疏导工作仍不得力。正确认识并强化心理疏导在高校德育中的协调价值、助推价值和培育价值,对于培养全面发展的人,对于社会主义事业的长远发展具有重大意义。加强心理疏导应注重整体-融合模式的探究,讲求以"知"立"心"、以"德"育"心"、以"心"育"心",实现思想、道德和心理的协调统一,进而提高受教育者的心理品质。Psychological counseling is one of the important methods of college moral education in the new era. That the psychological counseling's role, status and value in colleges and universities have been stressed is due to the fact that psychological education or psychological counseling is an integral part of college moral education, and that the psychological counseling still has large room for improvement. It is significant that we have a correct understanding of psychological counseling's and strengthen its function to in coordinating, bolstering and breeding values in college moral education in the cultivating whole persons and in the long-term development of the society. To strengthen psychological counseling, we should focus on the wholeness and integration model, should try to know the student's mind, to instill morality into the student's mind and to have empathy with the student and finally to unite ethnics, morality and psychology in psychological counseling.
