摘　　要：高等教育中介组织在促进高等教育系统发展中扮演着独特的角色,在沟通学校组织和政府组织之间起到桥梁和纽带的作用。在中国语境下,高等教育中介组织有自身的发展轨迹。进入到高等教育内涵发展时期,高等教育中介组织面临着更多新的挑战和机遇。通过对现实图景的解读,分析产生不足的原因,并在现有基础上提出可操作性的应对措施,对于高等教育中介组织的深入研究具有重要的借鉴意义。Higher education intermediary organizations play a unique role in promoting the development of the higher education system. They are the bridge in the communication between universities and governmental organizations. In the Chinese context, higher education intermediary organizations have their own development path. In the content development period, intermediary organizations are facing many new challenges and having opportunities. This paper attempts to analyze real situations, to find the reasons for insufficiency, and to give some constructive suggestions in order to promote the growth of intermediary organizations.
