摘 要:高架火炬安全距离的大小直接影响土地资源利用及安全问题,其值的确定取决于能否准确地计算出高架火炬射流火焰产生的热辐射,传统的高架火炬热辐射计算模型可分为点源模型和固体火焰模型两大类。前者计算简单但精度较低,后者精度较高但计算较为繁琐。为此,结合点源模型和固体火焰模型各自的优点,在点源模型的基础上进行改进,提出了分区域—多点源的高架火炬安全距离计算新模型,并通过FLUENT软件进行全尺寸数值模拟,将数值模拟结果与设计规范使用的常规单点源及多点源模型计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:新模型可以较为简便地计算出高架火炬射流火焰产生的热辐射,最大误差为6.2%。结论认为:新模型快速简便且精度较高,可以克服现有规范标准中对热辐射强度估计过高、安全距离划分过于保守的不足,有助于合理划定高架火炬安全距离,为高架火炬设计规范的完善与改进提供了科学的依据。The safety distance of vertical jet fires closely relates to the neighboring land resources utilization and safety, and its value depends on the accuracy of calculating the jet flame thermal radiation range in space. The traditional thermal radiation calculation models of vertical jet fires are broadly divided into the point source model and solid flame model. The former is simple in calculation but low in accuracy, while the latter is totally the opposite. Therefore, in order to simply and accurately calculate the thermal radia- tion of vertical jet fires, combined with the merits of the above two models, the point source model was innovated to develop a new calculation model based on sub-regions and multi-point sources. Then, a full-size numerical simulation was performed on this newly developed model through the FLUENT, the result of which was compared with those calculated by regularly used one point and mul- tiple-point source models. The result showed that this model can easily and accurately calculate the thermal radiation range of vertical jet fires with the maximum error of only 6.2~. In conclusion, this new model can not only avoid overestimation of thermal radiation intensity in current criteria (codes) or conservative underestimation of safety distance, but provide a scientific basis for the improve ment and innovation of design codes of vertical jet fires.
