普通用途钢丝绳芯输送带H型覆盖胶的研制

摘　　要：对普通用途钢丝绳芯输送带H型覆盖胶进行配方优化,并研究其物理性能。结果表明,当输送带覆盖胶配方为:顺丁橡胶/天然橡胶30/70,炭黑N220 50,氧化锌5,硬脂酸1,防老剂RD 2,防老剂4010NA 1,芳烃油8,硫黄2.3,促进剂CZ 1.3时,覆盖胶的物理性能满足国家标准和德国标准要求。The formulation of H-type cover compound for universal steel cord conveyor belt was optimized,and its physical properties were investigated.The optimum formula of the cover compound was as follows：BR/NR 30/70,carbon black N220 50,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 1,antioxidant RD 2,antioxidant 4010NA 1,aromatic oil 8,sulfur 2.3,accelerator CZ 1.3.The test results showed that the physical properties of the cover compound met the requirements in national and Ger- man standards.
