摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了残余元素Sn对20CrMnTi齿轮钢连续冷却转变曲线的影响,同时测定了试验钢的力学性能,并利用扫描电镜观察了断口形貌。结果表明,Sn含量为0.049%时,20CrMnTi钢的Ac3温度升高,马氏体形成温度Ms降低,马氏体转变临界冷速降低;Sn含量小于0.049%时,随Sn含量增加,20CrMnTi钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度有所提高,但冲击吸收能量下降。Effect of retained element Sn on the continuous cooling transformation of 20CrMnTi steel was investigated by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine. The mechanical properties of the tested steel were also measured and fractography was observed with SEM. The resuhs show that, when Sn content is 0. 049% , the Ac3 temperature of 20CrMnTi steel increases, Ms and the critical cool rate of martensite transformation decreases. When Sn content is under 0. 049% , with the increase of Sn content, tensile and yield strength of 20CrMnTi steel increases and its impact energy decreases.
