摘  要:研究了不同开冷温度下,海底管线用0.08C-1.5Mn-Nb钢的组织和性能。结果表明,开冷温度在700—790℃时,0.08C-1.5Mn—Nb钢易获得铁素体+贝氏体双相组织,且组织中析出物细小弥散分布。随开冷温度降低,铁素体含量增加,贝氏体含量减少,伸长率较高,保持在25%以上,屈强比较低,不超过0.85。0.08C-1.5bin-Nb钢具有良好的强塑性匹配。Microstructure and properties of marine pipeline 0. 08C-1. 5Mn-Nb steel with different accelerate cooling temperature were studied. The results show that, when accelerate cooling temperature is 700-790 ℃, ferrite and bainite dual phase structure of 0.08C-1.5Mn- Nb steel is easily obtained and precipitations in the structure is fine and dispersively distributed. With temperature decreasing, ferrite content increases and bainite content decreases. Therefore, the elongation can keep more than 25% , and the yield ratio can be less than 0.85. The 0.08C-1.5Mn-Nb steel has excellent match of strength and plasticity.
