摘  要:针对现有的开关电流型FPAA功耗大、电路性能不高、功能有限和灵活性不足等问题,设计了一种基于class AB栅极接地开关电流存储电路的FPAA。设计的class AB结构克服了偏置电流必须高于输入信号电流的限制,可以减少阵列的功耗;栅极接地技术有利于消除输入-输出跨导比误差,提高阵列性能。设计了具有可编程电流缩放单元的可重构模拟单元,提高了阵列的灵活性,扩展了阵列功能。在3×2规模的FPAA上,重构实现了模拟滤波器和可编程FIR滤波器,仿真实验结果证明了所设计开关电流型FPAA是有效可行的。与传统开关电流型FPAA相比,实现相同功能电路的功耗降低了50%以上。对FPAA中CAB进行了物理验证,成功重构实现一种电流放大器,结果表明放大器增益可调。Aiming at the problems of existing switched current FPAA, such as high power consumption, poor circuit performance,limited functions and less flexibility, a new FPAA based on class AB grounded gate switched current memory circuit was designed. The designed class AB structure could overcome the restriction that the bias current must be higher than the input signal current, and reduce the power consumption of the FPAA array. The grounded gate technology is good for eliminating the input-output transconductance ratio error and improving the array perform- ance. A reconfigurable analog block with programmable current scaling elements was designed, which could improve the flexibility and function of the FPAA. In order to verify the new FPAA, an analog filter and a programmable FIR filter were reconstructed on a 3 ~ 2 FPAA successfully. Simulation and experiment results prove that the design of the switched current FPAA is effective and feasible. Compared with the traditional switched current FPAA, the power consumption of the circuit reconstructed with the new FPAA is reduced by more than 50%. The physical verification of the CAB in the FPAA was conducted, and a current amplifier was reconstructed and realized successfully;the re- suits show that gain of the current amplifier is adjustable.
