摘 要:设计了用于4 m光学望远镜方位轴系的推力角接触球轴承和向心柱面滚道球轴承集成化支承结构。采用Hertz弹性接触理论并结合AYSYS仿真软件对60°~90°范围内典型公称接触角下的静承载性能参数进行了理论计算和非线性接触分析验证,设计了推力角接触球轴承结构。研制成功了3 700 mm回转直径的集成化转盘轴承,轴跳精度0.043 mm,径跳精度0.033 mm,启动摩擦力矩最大值216 N·m,工作摩擦力矩变化±10 N·m。设计了轴承循环滴油润滑系统,进油流量0.4 mL/s,进油泵压0.8 MPa。为研制4 m光学望远镜精密方位轴系提供了设计参考。An integrated azimuth shafting bearing structure was designed for a 4m optical telescope engineering pro- ject, which includes the angular contact thrust ball bearing integrated with the cylindrical raceway radial ball bearing. The Hertz elastic contact theory and the ANSYS finite element method (FEM) simulation software were adopted to carry out the theoretical calculation and nonlinear contact analysis verification for the static load-bearing performance parameters under the typical nominal contact angles within the range of 60°~90°. The angular contact thrust ball bearing structure was designed. A integrated turntable bearing was developed, which has the following performance parameters : the tactical diameter is 3 700 mm, the axial run-out precision is 0. 043 mm, the radial run-out precision is 0.033 mm, the maximum starting friction torque is 216 N · m and the operation friction torque variation is ±10N·m. A set of recycle oil drop lubrication system was designed, which has the performance parameters of the oil feeding flux of 0.4 mL/s and the oil feeding pump pressure of 0.8 MPa. The designed shafting bearing structure provides a reference for developing the high precision azimuth shafting of the 4 m optical telescope system.
