摘 要:太赫兹波及其相关领域研究近年来越来越受到重视,自由空间电光取样方法是探测太赫兹脉冲波的主要方法,其核心器件为电光取样传感器。传统电光取样传感器通常由无机ZnTe晶体材料构成,其电光系数较低,不利于太赫兹波的探测。研究了几种侧基型电光聚合物材料的特性,优选出了适合于制作电光取样传感器的新型电光聚合物材料,用该材料制作的电光取样传感器,不但具有较高的电光系数,而且性能稳定,克服了主客体型电光聚合物材料相分离问题。利用聚合物电光取样传感器构建了太赫兹波探测系统,实现了太赫兹脉冲的时域测量,与传统电光取样传感器相比,新型传感器的平均探测效率和光谱灵敏度都获得了显著提高。The research on terahertz radiation and its related fields are given more and more attentions nowadays. Free space electro-optic sampling method is the main technique for detecting THz pulse wave,and the key device is elec- tro-optic sampling sensor. Traditional EO sampling sensor is usually composed of inorganic ZnTe crystal material, and its electro-optic coefficient is low, which is not benefit to THz wave detection. Several kinds of EO polymers with lat- eral group are studied and some of them are chosen to manufacture the new EO sensor. The manufactured sensor pos- sesses not only high EO coefficient, but also stable performance and overcomes the phase separation of EO polymer materials. The polymer EO sampling sensor was used to build a THz wave detection system, and the time domain measurement of THz pulse was realized. Compared with the traditional EO sampling sensors,the average detection ef- ficiency and spectrum sensitivity of the new sensors are improved obviously.
