摘 要:对当前应用于矿山行业的全自动压滤机及类似设备中,一种辅助工作单元的动作和承载情况进行分析。该作业单元在压滤机的工作流程中帮助实现排水、卸料、隔离等功能,主要基于该单元的上述动作要求,对其作业机构进行简化设计和分析,最后得出更为合理、可靠的设计方案。Nowadays, many advanced equipments have been used in the mine industry, e.g. Filter Press. One working cell of the filter pess; which is used to isolate the water and material, will be researched. In this research, one working cell of the filter press; which is used in the mine industry, will be analysed about the motion and the load. This mechanism has many functions, such as drainage, unloading, isolation. After researching the characteristics of this cell, an optimized design could be obtained.
