摘　　要：刮板输送机是综采设备中的重要组成部分,但其机尾部分的安装与维护往往被忽视,为了适应煤矿安全正常生产的需要,必须对刮板机尾部在设备安装、使用维护、润滑及故障处理方面予以高度重视,对此进行了详细论述,提出了相应的技术对策,方便了设备现场润滑与检修,降低了事故率,取得了较好的效果。Scraper conveyor is an important component of fully mechanized equipment, but its tail section is often neglected, in order to meet the needs of coal mine safety production, it must be paid more attention in the aspects of equipment installation, maintenance, lubrication and fault treatment of the scraper machine, This is discussed in detail in this paper, The corresponding technical countermeasures are put forward. These measures facilitate the on-site equipment lubrication and maintenance, reduce the accident rate, good results are achieved.
