摘  要:以山西兰花同宝煤业某煤矿的实际应用为背景,设计了基于S7-300PLC为核心的空压机在线监测控制系统,实现了空气压缩机的实时监控、集中管理、故障报警及设备保护,解决了多台空压机联合运行时的稳定协调问题;考虑到变频工况下的谐波干扰,采取了抗干扰措施;采用WinCC组态软件设计了丰富友好的人机界面;系统具备空压机性能及状态评价功能,可及时做出评估并反馈给控制系统。Based on the actual application in a coal mine of Shanxi Lanhua-tongbao Co.Ltd, this paper introduce the design of air compressor monitoring system consisting of $7-300 PLC as the core equip- ment. The monitoring system has the following functions: real time monitoring of operational parameters; centralized management of equipments; fault warning and equipment protection. And the problem of stability and harmony under the condition of combined operating has been solved. Considering the pol- lution of harmonic wave under frequency converting condition, the system takes many measures to solve the problem. This system shows friendly and abundant human-machine interface with the use of WinCC configuration software. Performance of air compressor and state evaluation function, with which impor- tant information can be feed back to the monitoring system, are realized in this system.
