摘　　要：以洗煤厂控制系统为研究对象,设计出控制系统的总体结构,通过STEP7组态与上位机通讯,利用S7-400PLC及Ifix实现设备的控制和监测,对洗煤系统的核心部分悬浮液密度实现PID控制。此控制系统在调试过程中,使用STEP7的诊断功能对DP从站进行故障诊断,此方法能准确地定位故障设备,帮助工作人员及时查明故障原因,实现控制系统的正常运行。In coal washery control system as the research object, designed the overall structure of control system, through the STEP7 configuration and the upper machine communication, using $7-400 PLC and Ifix that achieve control and monitor of the equipment, the core part of coal washing system suspension density to realize PID control. This control system in the debugging process, using STEP7 diagnosis function of DP slave station fault diagnosis, this method can accurately locate fault equipment, help staff to find out the cause of the problem in time, realize the normal operation of the control system.
