摘  要:以煤矿压风机房为研究对象,针对平煤八矿现有压风机房控制落后,资源浪费等问题,运用PLC与WinCC软件设计了一套压风机组节能自动控制系统。该系统采用PLC进行过程控制,具有灵活通用,维护方便,抗扰能力强等优点,有效地提高了系统的稳定性;通过WinCC编程软件,真正实现了压风机房的无人值守。Coal mine air compressor room as the research object, in view of the backward of the contol and the waste of the source in the air compressor room in Eight Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine, a energy-saving automatic control system on air compressor can be designed using PLC and WinCC. This system uses PLC for Process control, with many advantages such as agile and commonly used, easy maintenance, strong anti-jamming and so on. Effectively improved the stability of the system. The paper achieves the aim that the air compressor can be worked by unmanned based on the use of the WInCC.
