摘  要:在煤矿开采中,采煤层有时会显得非常坚硬,在煤矿业中多启用麻花站,这种钻的特点在于能够在较为艰难的环境下实现煤矿的开采,所以在煤矿机械系统中起到了非常重要的作用。同时由于煤矿开采工作环境恶劣,对于麻花钻的性能以及稳定性也提出了较高的要求。介绍了一种基于MATLAB和Pro/E的麻花钻三维建模的方法,通过Pro/E构建出麻花钻的三维模型,运用MATLAB进行仿真分析。Based on the coal mining, working bed sometimes appear very hard, in the application of twist drill in the mining industry is essential, this drill features can be in more difficult environment to realize the coal mine love of money, so in coal mine of mechanical system has played a very important role. At the same time due to coal mining working conditions, to twist drill performance and stability has also put forward higher requirements. This paper introduces a kind of based on Matlab and Pro/E twist drill 3D modeling method, through the Pro/E construct twist drill 3D model, using Matlab simulation analysis.
