摘 要:刨煤机是薄煤层开采必不可少的设备,由于工作环境恶劣,经常出现故障,对其进行故障诊断是非常重要的,研究了基于改进遗传算法和概率因果模型的故障诊断方法在其中的应用。分析了刨煤机的工作原理;提出了改进遗传算法的原理,并且给出了相应的算法流程;研究了概率因果模型的基本原理,给出了故障诊断流程;进行了刨煤机的故障诊断仿真研究,仿真结果表明改进的故障诊断方法能够准确地诊断出刨煤机的故障类型,应用前景广泛。The coal planer is a necessary device for thin coal seam, the faults often appear, it is every important to carry out the fault diagnosis of it, therefore the application of fault diagnosis method combining the improved genetic algorithm and probability reason result model on it is studied in depth. First, the working principle of coal planer is analyzed; Second, the theory of improved genetic algorithm is put forward, and the corresponding algorithm program is given; then the basic theory of probability reason result model is studied, and the fault diagnosis program is given. Finally, the simulation analysis of fault diagnosis for the coal planer is carried out, simulation results show that this fault diagnosis method can obtain the fault type of coal planer correctly, it has wide application view.
