摘　　要："从群众中来,到群众中去"是中国共产党在中国革命战争时期总结出来的一套科学的领导方法和工作方法,是中国共产党群众路线的具体体现。新中国成立后,"从群众中来,到群众中去"成为中国共产党的一条根本的政治路线和重要的执政理念。作为一个完整的体系,"从群众中来,到群众中去"不仅在整体上保持了高度的系统性和连贯性,而且在每一个环节上都由其各自的内在规定性使其保持着体系内部的高度统一性。而作为一种政治输入与输出模式,它具有使执政党在整个政治过程中始终处于主导性地位,并保持着高度的主动性和自主性等一系列鲜明的特点。'From the masses, to the masses' is a set of scientific leading methods and working methods, which is summed up by the Communist Party of China during China revolution war, is the embodiment of the mass line of the Communist Party of China. After the founding of People’s Republic of China, 'From the masses, to the masses' becomes one of the Communist Party of China’s fundamental political routes and important governing ideas. As a complete system, 'From the masses, to the masses' not only maintains a high systematic and continuity on the whole, but its respective inherent regularity makes it maintain highly internal unity of the system. And as a political input and output mode, it owns a series of distinctive features, such as enabling the ruling party always being in a dominant position and maintaining a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
