摘　　要：研制了一种单组份无溶剂型、使用方便的电机粘接用低挥发胶黏剂。该胶使用四缩水甘油胺型环氧树脂,并使用芳香族超支化树脂进行增韧。当超支化树脂用量达到12%时,该胶25℃时剪切强度达到18.23 MPa,130℃剪切强度达到10.36MPa,-60℃剪切强度达到13.38 MPa。该胶具有低挥发性能,样品在7.0×10-3Pa、125℃环境下,24 h质量损失率为0.70%,长时间时质量损失率为0.98%。A one-component solvent-free low volatile adhesive used for motors was developed. The adhesive used four glycidylamine type epoxy resin ,and used aromatic hyper branched resin for toughening. When the hyper branched resin amount is up to 12% ,the adhesive shear strength reaches 18.23 MPa at 25℃ ,reaches 10.36 MPa at 130℃ ,and reaches 13.38 M Pa at -60℃. The adhesive has low volatility. In the 7.0 × 10-3 Pa, 125 ℃ environment,24 hours quality loss of samples is 0.70% ,long time quality loss is 0.98%.
