摘　　要：目的:通过创新型医院建设探索地市级公立医院改革模式,为地市级公立医院进一步改革提供参考。方法:通过保障公益性、保护积极性、加强信息化建设和深化人文管理来积极推进创新型医院建设。结论:绍兴市人民医院创新型医院建设成效显著,是一项值得推广借鉴的建设模式。Objective： To provide reference basis for municipal public hospitals further reform by exploration and thinking of innovation-oriented construction in shaoxing people＇s hospital. Methods： Innovation-oriented construction in Shaoxing People＇s Hospital. Conclusion： The reform effeet of Shaoxing People＇s Hospital is prominent, therefore its reform model is worthy of promotion.
