摘　　要：为比较ELISA、AGID和PCR方法检测牛白血病的检出率和符合率,本试验采用这三种方法对隔离期间总数为3998头的乌拉圭进口奶牛进行了牛白血病检测。试验结果表明,对奶牛的牛白血病检测以ELISA方法检出率最高,检出牛白血病抗体阳性牛23头,检出率为0.58%(23/3998);AGID方法检出牛白血病抗体阳性牛18头,检出率为0.45%(18/3998),与ELISA方法的符合率为78%;而PCR方法检出牛白血病前病毒核酸阳性牛12头,检出率为0.30%(12/3998),与ELISA方法和AGID方法的符合率分别为43%和55%。To compare the detection rate and coincidence rate of ELISA、AGID and PCR for the detection of bovine leukemia,3998 cows imported from Uruguay were detected by three method during the quarantine period. The test results showed that 23 were positive for bovine leukemia antibody by ELISA with the highest detection rate of 0.58%.18 were positive for bovine leukemia antibody by AGID with the detection rate of 0.45%. 12 were positive for bovine leukemia provirus DNA by PCR with the detection rate of 0.30. The conformation rate of AGID to ELISA is 78%,and the conformation rate of PCR to ELISA and AGID are 43% and 55% respectively。
