摘　　要：介绍了钢中微量元素偏析、微区化学成分的定量和化合物中元素价态的判定等电子探针分析实例，说明通过设置适当的分析条件，电子探针可为钢铁产品的研发和质量控制提供准确、有效的数据。EPMA can be applied in iron and steel products to analyze segregation of trace elements, to quantify chemical components in micro-zone, to identify valence of elements in compounds, and so on. It is shown that EPMA can provide correct, effective data for research ＆ development, and quality control of iron and steel products by employing proper analysis conditions.
