摘　　要：满铁是日本帝国主义推行大陆政策的产物，作为日本的国策机关，满铁担负着国家的使命，表面经营铁路，实则侵略扩张。从建立到灭亡，在中国大地上盘距长达40年之久，长期控制东北的经济命脉，掠夺东北的物质资源，并为日本发动“九一八”事变，制造伪满洲国及发动全面侵略战争提供经济上的支撑，为日本军国主义侵略活动保驾护航。因此，满铁殖民统治政策的确立、实施及其影响，是值得我们认真研究解决的课题。Manchuria Railway Company is a product of Japanese imperialism, policy implementation, as Japan national policy agency, company undertakes the mission of the country, surfaces operation of the railway, but ag- gressive expansion.
