关于西部偏远少数民族地区生态创建的思考——以西藏林芝地区为例

摘　　要：以西藏林芝地区生态创建为例,阐述了西部偏远地区生态创建存在的问题,分析了其产生原因并提出了解决措施。同时结合笔者在生态创建申报材料编写过程中发现的问题,对国家级生态创建指标在西部边远少数民族地区适应性进行了研究,并根据西藏实际情况提出了新的指标体系,为藏东南其他县域生态建设提供借鉴,具有较大的示范意义和作用,同时对西部地区生态创建工作起到一定的指导作用。Taking ecological construction in Nyingchi area of Tibet as an example, this article discusses the existing problems existing in the construction of ecology in remote western minority areas, analyzes the causes and proposes related solutions. Meanwhile, combined with the problems discovered in writing guidance to apply for ecological construction, the author of this article studies the adaptability of ecological construction in the west and puts forward a new index system of Tibet according to the actual situation, which can provide references for other counties in the southeast in the process of ecological construction and have large demonstration significance and effect. At the same time, it plays a guiding role for the ecological construction work in the western areas of Tibet.
