摘　　要：为避免关于小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)方面的重复研究,开拓新的研究思路,在阐述小麦HMW-GS的命名原则、遗传特点的基础上,综述了小麦HMW-GS对小麦品质贡献方面的研究成果。In order to avoid the repeated research on high molecular weight glutenin subunit （HMW--GS） of wheat and develop new research ideas on this field, this article expounds the nomenclature and genetic characteristics of HMW--GS in wheat and summarizes the research results of wheat HMW--GS contributions to wheat quality.
