普外科腹部开放性外伤的诊疗体会

摘　　要：目的：分析腹部开放性外伤治疗方法及效果。方法90例患者按照数字随机表法分组为试验组和对照组各45例；对照组：常规治疗；试验组：在对照组基础上用腹腔穿刺术治疗。结果试验组治疗有效率为97.7%明显优于对照组91.1%；差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对腹部开放性外伤患者采用腹腔穿刺术治疗，促进伤口愈合，值得推广！Objective analysis of open abdominal trauma treatment methods and results. Methods 90 patients were grouped according to figures random table method for the test group and control group of 45 cases;Control group：conventional treatment：experimental groups：control group, on the basis of the treatment with paracentesis. Results effective rate of the treatment group was 97.7% higher than the control group, 91.1%;difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion open abdominal trauma patients with abdominal puncture therapy, wound healing, it is worth promoting!
