摘　　要：从理论上阐述了牙轮钻头轴承组失效的原因，由于滚柱轴承的径向游隙过大，影响了轴承的接触强度和滚柱端部的应力集中，导致该柱失去其设计的几何特征。This paper describes theoretically that the thilure of the roller bearing set is mainly caused by too more radial clearance which affect the contact stress of the bearing and stress concentration of both ends of a roller. The larger the radial clearance, the higher the contact stress and stress concentration, which result in the lost of roller geometry shape designed.
