摘　　要：本文结合高校科技成果管理工作实际,分析总结了科技成果奖的要素,以及高效在科技成果奖励中的地位,总结提出了高效获取科技成果奖的管理对策,旨在为高校科技成果管理工作的改革与完善提供参考。Based on practical management work of scientific and technological achievements, the analysis summarizes the elements of science and technology achievement award, as well as the status of colleges and universities in scientific and technological achievements reward, summarizes proposes a method to efficiently obtain the technological achievement management, aiming at the reform of the management work of scientific and technological achievements and improvement to provide the reference.
