摘　　要：本文首先论述了PLC控制系统在中空吹塑成型机中的结构和原理,然后详细讨论了用可编程控制器实现瓶坯送料和远红外加热的具体方案。通过程序的合理设计与系统硬件的适当配置,使设备达到高效率、高可靠性、高稳定性及高性价比的目的。This article discusses structure and principle of PLC control system in Stretch Blow Molding Machine,discusses the detailed plans to realize feeding perform and far-infared heating by programming controller.By means of reasonable programming and appropriate system configuration, high efficiency,high reliability,high stability,high cost performance of machine are realized.
