国外经验对济南南部山区农家乐发展的借鉴与启示

摘　　要：农家乐在我国农业转型期有着举足轻重的作用，但其发展仍处于初级阶段，散、乱、差的现象普遍存在。虽然农家乐带有中国特色，但国外类似农家乐的成功经验对提升我国农家乐的质量仍然具有重大的借鉴意义。济南南部山区农家乐目前已成规模，但盲目开发与无序建设，水土流失和环境污染的现象随处可见。本文通过对国外类似农家乐的成功经验梳理，以国际视角对济南南部山区农家乐提出了有针对性的建议和启示。In recent years, as the accessories of China＇s economic transformation, homestay developed quickly. It contributes its strength in adjusting the rural single economic structure and building new rural areas. However, homestay development in China is still in its infancy, scattered, chaotic, and poor condition. Southern mountainous area is located in the south of Jinan, Shandong Province, the homestay functional area of Jinan now became, but blind development, disorderly construction and pollution appeared. Homestay itself with Chinese characteristics, but foreign successful experience of similar homestay help to enhance the overall quality of our country especially to Jinan.
