对郑州市星级酒店空间分布特征及形成机理的实证研究

摘　　要：星级酒店作为城市发展的行业窗口和大城市发展现代服务业的重要保证，其分布格局直接影响城市的发展，论文在对郑州市三星及以上等级酒店调研的基础上，指出三星及以上等级酒店在郑州市空间分布呈现出地域分布不均匀、集中度高、整体布局呈现“三角形”分布、选址中心性、地价强关联性以及圈层递减性等几个方面的特征，同时对形成这种布局的机理加以分析，指出商业经济、地价因素、中心商务区指向以及交通因素是造成这种分布的主要原因。Star Hotels as an important guarantee for the window of the development of modem service industry and city development industry. It＇s distribution pattern of city development directly influence. Based on the essay discuss the Zhengzhou three stars and above hotels,pointed out that three stars and above hotels in Zhengzhou city space distribution presents the uneven geographical distribution, the high degree of concentration, the overall layout is characterized by the ＂triangle＂ distribution center location, price, strong correlation and sphere diminishing etc. At the same time, to analyze the formation mechanism of this kind of layout, remind of the commercial economy, factors of the land price, the central business district point and traffic factors are main causes of this distribution.
