海勤人员夫妻交流的心理社会影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨海勤人员夫妻交流与心理健康、个性特质、家庭社会因素的相关性，为海勤人员的家庭婚姻咨询提供指导。方法采用Olson婚姻质量问卷（ENRICH）中夫妻交流分量表、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷（16一PF）、症状自评量表（SCL一90）、生活事件量表（LES）、特质应对问卷（TCSQ）对375对海勤人员夫妻双方均进行了评定，研究夫妻交流与心理健康、个性特质、家庭社会因素的相关性。结果海勤人员夫妻交流与个性、心理健康、社会支持、生活事件、应对方式均具有显著相关性（P〈0．05）。通过路径分析显示，应对方式、个性对海勤人员夫妻交流的直接效应（β=0．26，P〈0．05；／3=-0．15，P〈0．05）和中介调节效应（β=0．16，P〈0．05；口=0．04，P〈0．05）均显著。结论要促进海勤人员夫妻交流程度，应重视各种心理社会因素的影响。Objective To investigate the correlation among naval personnel couple exchange and mental health, personality traits, family and social factors, and to provide guidance for family and marriage guidance coun- seling. Methods 375 pairs of sea service personnel were assessed with Olson marital quality questionnaire （ EN- RICH） husband and wife exchange subscale, the cartel 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （16-PF）, Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）, Life Event Scale （LES）, Trait Coping Questionnaire （TCSQ）. Results The sea service per- sonnel spouses exchange significantly associated with personality, mental health, social support, life events, coping styles （P〈0.05）. Path analysis showed that coping style, personality had direct effect （ t= 0.26, P〈0.05; β= -0.15, P〈0.05） and mediating effect （ β= 0.16, P〈0.05; β= 0.04, P〈0.05）on exchange between the sea service personnel spouses. Conclusions Attention should be paid to the influence of social and psychological factors.
