摘　　要：通过网络调查,分析了社会公众对于图书馆博物馆数字文化服务的利用目的、利用程度、使用障碍以及满足程度,指出目前存在的问题,认为应该特别关注图书馆博物馆数字文化资源的整合,为公众提供一站式的公共数字文化服务。Through internet survey, this paper analyzes the utilization of purpose, degree and obstacle as well as satisfac- tion level when the public made use of library and museum digital cultural services. The current problems are pointed out. It consid- ers that we should pay special attention to the convergence of library and museum digital cultural resources, which could support the one- stop public digital culture services for the public.
