摘　　要：由于事业单位会计制度和公共财政制度的改革及图书馆事业发展的需要,图书馆需进行预算精细化管理。本文从加强制度建设、明确责任归口、建立绩效考核等几方面提出针对性建议。Due to the need reform of accounting system of public institution , public finance system and library develop- ment the newer and higher requirements on library budget are put forward that fine management of library budget is the general trend This paper advances corresponding suggestion from aspects of strengthening the system construction , clear about the responsibility and establishing performance appraisal , etc..
