摘　　要：在信息与传播科技高速发展、信息载体转型、读者获取信息方式转变的环境下,香港城市大学图书馆顺应时代发展趋势,紧跟读者需求变化,以人为本,善用科技,注重细节,不断创新,通过空间、馆藏、设备、技术、管理、服务等全方位、多角度地不断改造与提升,成功实现从一个传统图书馆到一个"知识桥梁,全人发展"的现代化学习空间的转变。对此分别从理念、智慧与服务三个方面进行总结分析。With rapid development in the information and communication technology, transformation of information carrier and transition of readers＇mode to obtain information, the Library at City University of Hong Kong conforms to the times develop- ment trends, closely follows the changing requirements of the readers, puts people first, uses technology and attentions to details and constant innovation. Through the all - around, multi - angle and continuous transformation and upgrading in space, collection, e- quipment, technology, management and service, it shifts from a traditional library into a ＂knowledge bridge, full -scale develop- ment＂ modem learning space successfully. This paper is an analysis from the three aspects of the idea, wisdom and service.
