摘  要:为探索烤烟烘烤环节减工降本、提质增效,以传统挂竿装烟方式为对照,选用快速笼式烟夹、梳式烟夹、散叶插扦和箱式堆积等新型装烟方式进行烘烤试验,统计各处理烤房烤能、用工能耗成本、烤后烟叶等级比例,测定烤后烟叶化学成分,评价外观质量和感官质量.结果表明,与传统挂竿相比,除箱式堆积耗能量增大外,几种新型装烟方式均能显著增加烤房装烟量,减少用工量和耗能量,同时,快速笼式烟夹和散叶插扦能够改善烤后烟叶化学成分协调性和感官质量,但散叶插扦上部叶经济性状和外观质量与快速笼式烟夹中部叶的外观质量表现略差;梳式烟夹和箱式堆积烤后烟叶经济性状和品质表现不如传统挂竿.In order to explore how to decrease work and cost and improve quality and efficiency in baking, the experiment on methods of loading tobacco leaves was conducted with five treatments(traditional loading leaf with pole, rapid cage type tobacco leaf clamp, comb type tobacco leaf clamp, loose-leaf with needle, box type with accumulation). In the experiment, the curing ability, the cost of labor force and energy, grade proportion of cured tobacco leaves were recorded, then the appearance qualities, sensory qualities and chemical components of cured leaves were evaluated and assayed. The results showed that all of the new tobacco leaf loading methods were very superior to reference treatment in increasing curing ability, decreasing labors and power consumption except for power consumption of box type with accumulation. Moreover, rapid cage type tobacco leaf clamp and loose-leaf with needle respectively improved chemical components and sensory qualities of cured leaves, but the grade proportion of upper leaves and of appearance qualities of loose-leaf with needle and appearance qualities middle leaves of rapid cage type tobacco leaf clamp were inferior to those of the reference treatment. The economic characters and qualities of flue-cured tobacco leaves when using comb type tobacco leaf clamp and box type with accumulation were inferior to those of the reference treatment.
