叶面喷施海藻酸和KH_2PO_4对缓解烟草低温胁迫的生理分析  被引量:5

摘  要:以栽培烟草品种K326为试验材料,采取常温喷施试剂、低温胁迫前喷施试剂、低温胁迫后喷施试剂3种处理方式,研究叶面喷施海藻酸或KH2PO4对烟草低温抗性影响的效果差异.结果发现,常温下喷施海藻酸不影响叶片的光合速率,还使叶片中的H2O2含量降低至常温水平的55.21%、脯氨酸含量增加至常温水平的138.29%.低温胁迫前喷施海藻酸能维持叶片正常的光合速率和较低的H2O2含量(对照水平的41.01%),并增加脯氨酸含量和POD活性.表明海藻酸不影响烟叶的正常生长,并能启动烟草中的低温防御系统,适于在低温发生前喷施.低温处理后喷施KH2PO4能快速恢复烟叶的光合速率并提高叶绿素含量,但常温下喷施2 g·L-1的KH2PO4对烟叶的生理指标影响较大,故而KH2PO4更适于在低温胁迫后喷施.Tobacco (Nicotiana tabaccum cv. K326) seedlings were sprayed with alginic acid or KH2PO4 before or after low temperature (4 ℃ ) , thus to study the different effects of alginic acid and KH2PO4 on cold resistance. Results showed that spray with alginic acid in room temperature didn't affect photosynthetic rate, but decreased H2O2 and increased proline concentration to 55. 21% and 138.29% of control levels in tobacco leaves, respectively. Spray with alginic acid after low temperature sustained the higher photosynthetic rate and lower H2O2 concentration (41.01% of control levels), and increased proline concentration and peroxidase activities. It suggested that alginic acid could rarely affect leaf growth, and could initiate defense response to low temperature, and was suited to spray before low temperature. Spray with KH2PO4 after low temperature recovered photosynthetic rate and increased chlorophyll contents rapidly. However, spray with KH2PO4 in 2 g . L^-1 in room temperature had a great impact on the physiological properties of tobacco leaves. So, KH2PO4 is suited to spray after low temperature.
