摘 要:以栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)为试验材料,自然条件下通过对栓皮栎叶温和叶绿素荧光参数的测定,系统分析了栓皮栎在水分胁迫下叶温和叶绿素荧光参数的日变化规律与响应机制.结果表明,(1)在土壤水分胁迫下,栓皮栎叶温的日变化趋势:早晚<午间,随着水分胁迫的加剧叶温逐渐升高.在重度水分胁迫下,叶温值在各个时段均最高;(2)在水分胁迫下,F0表现为逐渐上升的趋势,而F m,F v,F v/F m和F v/F0均表现为逐渐下降的趋势;(3)在水分胁迫下,栓皮栎Yield值随水分胁迫程度的加重越低,栓皮栎Yield的日变化曲线在各个水分处理下都为凹型曲线,;在正常供水下栓皮栎的ETR值高于其余的水分处理,水分胁迫的加剧ETR值下降十分明显.栓皮栎的NPQ的日变化在不同程度的水分胁迫下均为明显的单峰型曲线,在午间达到最大值,并且随着水分胁迫的加剧而逐渐增大.The experiment was conducted with the leaves of Quercus variabilis. The cholorophyll fluorescence parameters and leaf temperature of Quercus variabilis in hilly areas of Taihang Mountains were measured and compared under field conditions to analyze systematically the daily variation and responses mechanism of the cholorophyll fluorescence parameters and leaf temperature of Quercus variabilis to water stress. The results were as follows : ( 1 ) The trends of daily variation of leaf temperature in Quercus variabilis were similar. With the increases of the water stress intensity, the leaf temperatures of Quercus variabilis increased gradually, and the leaf temperature were low in the morning and night, and high at midday. Leaf temperatures were the highest in every period of day under solid water stress. (2) F0, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 of Quercus variabilis had good sensitivity to water stress in the morning. F0 was raised gradually under water stress. In contrast, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 were declined gradually under water stress. (3) The daily variation of Yield, ETR and NPQ was regular under the conditions with different degree of water stress. The curves of daily variation of Yield were concave in Quercus variabilis, with heavier degree, and the Yield was lower under water stress. In normal water supply ETR value of Quercus variabilis was higher than the rest of the water treatment. With the intensifying of water stress, ETR value fell obviously. bills were of the same change rule and obvious the increases of the water stress intensity, NPQ The curves of daily variation of NPQ in Quercus variaunimodal curve.
