摘  要:为了解四倍体南方泡桐(PA4)、四倍体白花泡桐(PF4)及其对应的二倍体南方泡桐(PA2)和二倍体白花泡桐(PF2)耐盐程度的变化,研究了2种四倍体泡桐及其对应二倍体盆栽幼苗对质量分数为0,0.2%,0.4%和0.6%NaCl的生理响应特征.结果表明,随着盐质量分数的增加,2种四倍体泡桐叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,但均高于其对应的二倍体;相对电导率和丙二醛含量呈升高趋势,但均小于其对应的二倍体;SOD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量先升高后下降;可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量呈升高趋势,并且高于其对应的二倍体泡桐.对0.6%NaCl胁迫下2种四倍体泡桐及其对应二倍体泡桐的各项生理指标利用模糊隶属函数进行耐盐性评价,耐盐性从强到弱的排列为PF4>PA4>PF2>PA2.In order to understand the salt tolerance of tetraploid Paulownia australis (PA4) , tetraploid Paulownia fortunei (PF4 ) and their corresponding diploids (PA2 and PF2 ) , the physiological responses of the leaves of their potted seedlings were examined under NaCl concentrations of 0, 0.2% , 0. 4% and 0.6%. The results showed that, all of eight physiological indexes of tetraploid and diploid Paulownia changed during the salt treatments. As NaCl concentration increased, the leaf relative water content and chlorophyll decreased, relative conductivity, the amounts of MDA, soluble sugar and proline increased, SOD activity and percentage of soluble protein firstly increased and then decreased. The relative conductivity and content of MDA of two tetraploids were lower than their corresponding diploids during all three treatments, while the other six indexes were in the contrary case. Moreover, the analysis of fuzzy membership function was conducted using eight indexes under 0.6% NaCl concentration to evaluate the salt tolerance of tetraploid and diploid Paulownia. The result showed the order of salt tolerance of tetraploid Paulownia australis, tetraploid Paulownia fortunei and their corresponding diploids was PF4 〉 PA4 〉 PF2 〉 PA2.
