摘 要:以具有初弯的水平刚支Jeffcott转子系统为研究对象,建立变速过程中圆盘中心运动微分方程,运用数值分析方法对其进行仿真模拟,针对变速状态下系统振幅、相位角、进动角速度对不同初弯值、初弯与质量偏心间夹角以及不同系统内阻的响应规律进行了讨论研究。结果表明转子等变速越过临界转速时,其相位、振幅和进动角速度均会受到初弯大小和方向的影响;其次系统内阻对稳态涡动的相位、振幅和进动角速度没有影响;在等变速越过临界转速时,随着内阻尼的增大,进动角速度波动的极大值会增大,极小值减小。Taking Jeffcott rotor system with initial bending as the research object, the motion differential equation of the disk center under the varying velocity is established, which is simulated by the numerical analysis methods. Under the varying velocity state, aiming at the system amplitude, phase angle, angular velocity of precession, the response regularity of the velocity different bend, the angle between the initial bending and the eccentric mass and the different systems internal resistance were all discussed. The results show that when the shift of the rotor exceed the critical speed, the phase, amplitude and angular velocity of precession will be influenced by the initial bending magnitude and direction ; Secondly, the internal resistance of the system has no influence on the phase, amplitude and angular velocity of precession. When the whirl variable speed passes the critical speed, with the increasing of the internal damping, the maximum of the angular velocity of precession fluctuations will increase and the minimum value will decrease.
