摘 要:提出一种具有新型结构的可调速异步盘式磁力联轴器,通过调节装置改变永磁体盘与铜导体盘间的距离,迅速调整气隙磁场的大小,更好更快地控制不同转速与转矩的输出。同时,采用有限元模拟软件对磁力联轴器进行建模分析,得出盘间距对传动性能的影响。模拟结果表明:气隙的轴向磁通密度近似呈周期性分布,周期数为9,即永磁体的磁极对数;随着盘间距的增大,可调速异步盘式磁力联轴器的输出转矩呈现先减小后增大的趋势;当盘间距h=40 mm时,输出转矩最小,且转矩波动值最大;双边盘式磁力联轴器较普通盘式磁力联轴器而言,轴向力几乎为零。研究结果对可调速盘式磁力联轴器的性能研究具有很好的指导意义。A novel speed-adjustable asynchronous disc type magnetic coupling was proposed, the distance between the permanent magnet plate and the copper conductor plate can be changed through regulating device, the value of the air - gap magnetic field is adjusted rapidly, the output of different speed and torque is controlled much better and faster, Simultaneously, the effect to transmission performance with different plate spacing was obtained by using the el- ement simulation analysis. The results show that the axial air-gap magnetic flux density approximates to a periodic distribution, and the period number is 9, which is the number of pole - pairs of the permanent magnet. The torque decreases first and then increases with the increasing of plate spacing. The output torque is minimum and the fluctuation value of output torque is maximum when plate spacing is 40mm. The axial force of double-disc magnetic coupling is almost zero compared with ordinary disc magnetic coupling. The analysis results will offer much guidance on the operation characteristics study of speed-adjustable asynchronous disc magnetic coupling.
