摘 要:针对振动筛侧板易撕裂、横梁易断裂等问题,设计了一种超静定结构横梁,并以Bernoulli-Euler梁理论为基础推导了梁谐振下的模态功率流公式,并从能量的角度分析了超静定结构和静定结构横梁在不同边界条件下的模态振型和模态功率流的分布情况,结果表明超静定结构横梁沿轴线方向的功率流分布较静定结构均匀且梁两端的幅值较小,说明梁传递给侧板的能量减少,改善了侧板的受力情况,一定意义上说可以提高侧板的寿命。According to the problem of vibrating screen with the rip of side plates and fracture of beams, statically indeterminate structure beam is designed. Modal power flow formula of beam is deduced based on Bernoulli-beam theory, and from the energy point of view, modal and modal power flow distribution of statically indeterminate structure and statically determinate structure beams under different boundary conditions are analyzed. The results show that the modal power flow distribution along the axial direction of the statically indeterminate structure beam is more uniform than statically determinate structure beam, and the two ends with smaller amplitude. This phenomenon illustrate the energy transfer from statically indeterminate structure beam to side plates is reduced. So it can improve the force and life of side plates.
