摘 要:采用γ射线对聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝进行辐照处理,并进行预氧化反应,研究了辐照对PAN原丝的结构与性能及其预氧化反应的影响。结果表明:辐照处理后,纤维颜色加深,PAN分子链形成了部分环化结构和含氧官能团,纤维在处理过程中形成了更耐热的结构;辐照处理后,纤维在预氧化过程中所能承受的张力提高,有利于施加较大张力而抑制解取向,且预氧丝的断裂伸长率增加;无论是辐照纤维还是未辐照纤维,其预氧丝的环化度均随预氧化过程中的张力增加而降低,张力增大阻碍环化反应的进行。Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor was modified under γ -ray irradiation and was preoxidized. The effect of γ-ray irradiation on the structure and properties of PAN precursor and the preoxidation process was studied. The results showed that the fiber became darker after the irradiation, PAN molecular chain was partially cyclized and oxidized, and the more heat-resisting fiber structure was formed during the modification; the bearable tension during the preoxidation was increased after the irradiation modification, which helped impose higher tension and depress disorientation, thus the elongation at break of the preoxidized fiber was increased; for both the irradiated and unirradiated fibers, the cyclization degree of the preoxidized fiber was decreased with the increase of tension during the preoxidation process, which proved that the tension increase hindered the cycfization process.
