摘  要:采用自制的有效拉伸段为0.4 m的蒸汽拉伸箱对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维进行拉伸,分析了蒸汽拉伸过程中毛丝产生的原因。结果表明:提高干燥后PAN纤维的温度和蒸汽温度有利于塑性拉伸,但是对于蒸汽拉伸过程中消除毛丝的贡献不大;纤维致密性差、纤维直径不均匀以及拉伸倍数分配不合理是PAN纤维蒸汽拉伸过程中产生毛丝的主要原因。Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber was drawn by using a self-made steam drawing box with 0.4 m effective drawing segment. The reasons for fuzz generation were analyzed during the steam drawing process. The results showed that an increase of dried PAN fiber temperature and steam temperature was helpful for plastic draft, but did not help much to eliminate the fuzz during the steam drawing process; the principal reasons for fuzz generation comprised poor fiber compactness, uneven fiber diameter and unreasonable draw ratio distribution during the steam drawing process of PAN fiber.
